Christ-Centered Strength Training
A serious training ground for weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding — built on a foundation of Christian faith, discipline, and community. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just the iron and the truth.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17

Thirty-Three Iron exists to glorify God by creating a space where strength training is pursued with discipline, excellence, and biblical integrity. We believe the pursuit of physical strength, when properly ordered, reflects the stewardship of the body as a gift from God.
This is not a church. This is not a ministry masquerading as a business. This is a gym — unapologetically Christ-centered — where serious lifters can train hard, grow strong, and encounter a culture shaped by faith without pretense or performance.
We exist to serve those who respect the iron, value discipline over comfort, and are either curious about or committed to a Christian worldview. We are not for everyone, and that is by design.
Faith shapes our culture, standards, and decision-making. It is not a marketing angle or aesthetic choice. We do not use faith language to manipulate or sell memberships.
This is a serious facility for weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. We will never dilute programming or compromise equipment quality to chase broader appeal.
Growth that requires us to abandon our mission or water down our standards will be rejected. Profits are reinvested in the gym, used for scholarships, or allocated by policy — not extracted for personal gain.
"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
— John 8:32
What We're Building
Optional weekly gathering before the gym opens. Come for the Word, stay for the iron. No pressure, no guilt — just an open invitation to grow.
On-site chaplains available for conversation, prayer, or just someone to talk to. Not therapists — just brothers and sisters who care.
Competition-grade bars, calibrated plates, specialty equipment for powerlifting, weightlifting, and bodybuilding. No compromises on the tools.
Iron sharpens iron. Members hold each other to a high standard — in training, in character, and in how we treat one another.
Powerlifting meets, strongman competitions, cookouts, service projects. This community shows up for each other inside and outside the gym.
A portion of revenue goes toward subsidizing memberships for those who can't afford it. If you want to train and you're willing to work, finances won't stop you.
